• WHO CAN USE CUE DEVICES?

  CUE e-cigarettes are designed exclusively for adult smokers and adult users of nicotine products. They're not suitable for: people under the age of 18; people who are allergic/sensitive to nicotine; pregnant or breast-feeding women; people who should avoid tobacco or nicotine products for medical reasons; people with an unstable heart condition, severe hypertension or diabetes.

• WHERE CAN I PURCHASE CUE PRODUCTS?

• DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY POLICY?

  Yes, we do, click on Warranty in the footer for details You can also register your products there. At CUE we believe you should have confidence in your vaping experience whichever product you choose to purchase from us. As a valued customer you benefit from our standard 6-month warranty on our device along with a variable warranty on our pods. Exclusions may apply.

• CAN I RETURN A FAULTY DEVICE?

  All new devices and accessories come with a warranty against fault. This means that if your device or accessory stops working properly during the applicable warranty period and all warranty conditions are met, we can replace or repair it free of charge. • CAN I GET NEXT-DAY DELIVERY IN MY LOCATION?

  We are pleased to provide next day delivery. Please place your order before 4pm Monday to Friday and we will aim to ship it on the next day excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please see our Delivery & Return policy for more information.

• WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE IN YOUR E-LIQUID?

  Our e-liquids are comprised of four main ingredients. Propylene Glycol (PG), Vegetable Glycerine (VG), Flavouring & Nicotine.

• WHY AM I NOT GETTING ANY VAPOUR?

  Check that your installed pod still has e-liquid and ensure it hasn’t reached the end of its natural life. If it has, replace it. Make sure your battery is fully charged and take a slow steady draw. Check that the pod is properly connected to the device and there’s nothing (pocket fluff) blocking the connection. Once you're sure the connection is clean re-insert the pod firmly to ensure a proper connection.

• HOW DO I CHARGE MY BATTERY?

  Your device should be charged using the USB cable provided by CUE and an appropriate power source. Check your user manual for further instructions.

• WHY IS NO VAPOR COMING OUT OF MY DEVICE?

  Occasionally you may insert a pod and notice that no vapor is produced when you inhale.  If your CUE Vapor device is charged and this happens, all 3 LED lights will blink red. Simply remove the pod and clean the two connection points on the pod with a swab or tissue making sure they are dry and not covered by anything. Also, clean the spring loaded connection points in the device. When doing this please make sure you press down on the connection points/springs 2-3 times. Now firmly re-insert the pod again and your vaping experience should be back to normal.

• WHY ARE MY PODS ARE NOT WORKING?

  Assuming the pod still has liquid in it, regular cleaning ensures optimal performance of your pods. To clean a pod, detach it from the CUE Vapor device (battery) and clean it with a soft cloth. To clean the 2 connection points at the bottom of the pod we recommend you use a cotton swab to ensure there is no debris impacting the connection to the CUE Vapor device.
